These products are specifically designed to treat hard to remove inks like high pigment inks, fast drying inks and water-based bi-component inks. They can be used in combination with the automatic dosing system.

Flexoclean can support printers with automatic dosing systems in printing machines that allow to avoid dismounting aniloxes and manual dilution of cleaning products. This solution is perfect to extend anilox lifespan and reduce buildup downtime. Users can start the washing cycle through the control panel of the printing machine.

IN-LINE PERIODIC CLEANING.
SPECIFIC FOR WATER-BASED INKS.

A single product for in-line periodic cleaning of ink-contaminated anilox rolls. It is no longer necessary to dismount anilox rolls to achieve deep, thorough cleaning. As its chemical components give excellent results when combined with the right temperature, the product must be heated.

A different version of the same product to be used cold is also available.
